Carry Out are a leading Irish off-licence franchise, and McCabe Design were given the challenge of invigorating the interior layout of a number of their stores, with this store in Ashtown, Dublin, as the flagship of the new design. I was a core part of the team who designed the detailing of the concept, selected the material finishes, liaised with the client, managed the logistics, and oversaw the build on site.
